At PSC, Ivan is responsible for:

• Communicating with players to guide them through their development and recruitment journey

• Acting as a direct point of contact for athletes and families

• Providing mentorship and advice based on personal playing experience

• Assisting in player evaluation and talent identification

• Managing and maintaining relationships with club and academy partners

• Supporting event organization and coordination

• Creating and curating content for social media and marketing

• Representing PSC in both in-person and virtual player meetings

• Collaborating with the team to align on player placement strategies

• Helping scout and connect players to appropriate opportunities in North America and Europe
