  • Managing day-to-day backend operations to ensure the agency runs efficiently and all processes stay organized

  • Overseeing internal planning, task management, and operational structure across the PSC team

  • Coordinating marketing initiatives and helping develop long-term growth strategies for the company

  • Leading and supporting PSC’s social media presence and digital brand development

  • Maintaining and building relationships with key partners, agencies, and collaborators

  • Leveraging PSC’s European connections to support player opportunities and partnerships

  • Ensuring all internal systems, communication, and workflows remain on track and aligned with PSC’s goals

  • Connecting PSC with external resources such as marketing teams, agents, and strategic partners
