Edmonton to Team Canada
Elite Soccer Academy Players, Lucas & Adalyn, Called Up to Team Canada
We’re proud to announce some exciting news from the PSC family—two standout players, Lucas and Adalyn, have officially been called up to represent Team Canada! Lucas has joined the U16 Men's National Team, while Adalyn has been selected for the U17 Women's National Team—a huge achievement for both young stars and a moment of pride for everyone who’s been part of their journey.
Both players shined at our PSC x Elite Showcase ID Camp last August, catching the attention of scouts and coaches with their composure, technical quality, and maturity beyond their years.
Lucas' Journey: From NSU to CF Montreal to Team Canada
Lucas, a dynamic and intelligent defender, first made a name for himself with North Side United, one of Edmonton’s top youth clubs. His performance at the Elite x PSC showcase helped raise his profile even further, leading to a move to CF Montreal, one of Canada’s biggest pro academies. Now, just months later, he’s wearing the red and white for Canada’s U16 national team—proving that the pathway to the top is real when talent meets opportunity.
Adalyn's Rise: From Impact to International Interest
Adalyn, a technical and fearless attacker playing for St. Albert Impact, has impressed everyone with her sharp decision making and attacking flair. Since the last Elite x PSC Showcases, her game has only grown, and so has the interest. She’s now on the radar of multiple top clubs, including the Vancouver Whitecaps and even Benfica in Portugal, a European giant known for its youth development. With a call-up to Canada's U17 team, her future looks incredibly bright.
At PSC, our goal has always been to connect players with real opportunities—and Lucas and Adalyn are proof that the system works. We're incredibly proud of them and can't wait to see what they achieve next on the national and international stage.
Stay locked in with PSC for more updates on our players and future events that could be your next big step. The path is here—you just have to take it.
